Then place the pot on the stove and heat until the water boils. Through a pressurizing process, espresso moves to the upper chamber of the pot, ready to be served. I tried the six cup Bialetti coffee pot but it just didn't make a large enough portion for two hearty espresso drinkers to have a breakfast brew, so I'll try this one. This could be folly i was ready to just go full bore and pull the trigger on the 12 cup brewer but i think i saw this pot (12 cup) at my local "Real Italian" Deli and it was kind of huge. I think this pot could be the sweet spot, we'll have to see. For the price and free 4oz of Italian espresso coffee grounds ready to brew, this was surely an Amazon no brainer. I remember as a very young child almost half a century ago the Bialetti coffee pot on the stove in my parents kitchen and the aroma of the brew steaming out. When my pot is steaming it brings back such sweet memories of the best time in my life. It was then as it is now the same quality and craftsmanship that will last me till it is my time, and once again will sit at the breakfast table with my loving parents and enjoy a great cup of coffee.
