Design vs. Functionality

Great shape, design and color. Makes a great coffee. Unfortunately the shape of the bottom part/ reservoir makes it difficult to grasp and therefore makes it very difficult to open.Other than that we like it.

Coffee pot arrived without a handle, so I can't use it. Otherwise it does look nice, and it's a pretty color, but that's a fatal flaw.

I received the product and the package was damaged and there were some scratches on the blue part and on the silver part. I will probably try to return it.
